We have implemented a fix and are closely monitoring email access and flow to ensure that systems remain operation. We are currently working through the backlog of outstanding emails, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

While we will endeavour to respond to your email as soon as possible, please be aware that there may be a delay, and that our normal response times may not be met. If your matter is urgent, please contact us by phone at (08) 9450 1618 so we can prioritise it for you.

We have implemented a fix to ensure that we can see and respond to any email sent after 15:00 AWST on 19/10/2025.

We do not currently have access to any email sent between 15:00 on 16/10/2025 and 15:00 on 19/10/2025 (AWST). While we are working to restore access as soon as possible, we still do not have an estimate on when access will be restored.

We have access to all enquiries submitted through our website system during this time period and will work through them in accordance with our normal processes over the coming days.

We have identified an issue with the identity provider (IdP) for our email system. While we are continuing to work on a fix for this incident, we can confirm that the issue is not the result of malicious activity and that there has been no breach of our systems or unauthorised access to client data.
